Workshops 2020-03-05T08:54:06+00:00

Besides 1 on 1 coaching, Cunera Coaching is also available to organise tailor-made workshops on location. The following workshops are available:

  • Workshop ‘Boosting self-confidence’: One of the main issues that is in the way of a PhD’s project is insecurity. When a PhD student feels insecure, it impacts interaction with supervisors and often leads to a higher degree of perfectionism, which paves the way for extension of the PhD project. In this workshop, several coaching techniques are used to help PhD students get insight in their characteristics which are of use to them during their PhD project, and which skills should be focused on to tackle the characteristics which are in the way during their PhD project. Models from Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) are demonstrated how to transform internal beliefs. In the end of the workshop, each PhD student gives a short pitch what the first action will be they are going to undertake.

  • Workshop ‘Stay connected with your supervisor’: Do you feel like your supervisor isn’t understanding you well? Good communication with your supervisor(-s) is a major key in the progress of your PhD. However, in some situations it is just not going as smooth as you’d wished for. This can lead to frustration, or even a feeling of ‘being disconnected’ with your supervisor. This workshop helps to improve the connection with your supervisor by doing interactive communication exercises. Join this workshop if you want to learn more how to improve the communication with your supervisor(-s).
  • Ikigai Workshop ‘Make steps towards your heart desire’: For mothers who are looking for their identity. You will discover your talents while horses reflect your inner desire. You will also make a roadmap with your heart and mind in balance. You will also overcome inner convincements and you will analyse your energy givers and energy-takers. This workshop will be organised in collaboration with horsecoach Klaske van der Horst, several times a year. Take a look in the agenda for the specific dates.
